What you receive
8 personalised UK passport photos, printed at 35 × 45 mm on professional photographic paper and posted to you in protective packaging. You upload your own photograph; we crop, resize, replace the background and check it against the published HM Passport Office photo requirements before printing at 300 DPI. The photos arrive on a single 6 × 4 inch sheet with cut guides between them, ready to cut apart. Free tracked express UK delivery, typically 1–2 working days. A digital copy of the same photo is included at no extra cost. Made to order in the UK. Price includes VAT and delivery.

- Tracking: Included — you get a tracking link by email at dispatch.
Returns and refunds
- These prints are personalised to you, so the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for distance sales does not apply to them (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28).
- Your statutory rights are unaffected. If the prints arrive damaged, defective, the wrong size, or do not arrive at all, we replace or refund them in full at no cost to you.
- If HM Passport Office rejects a photo you bought from us, send us the rejection notice within 60 days and we refund double what you paid.
