1. Who You Are Contracting With

DigitalPhotoPassport ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of HELLSMARKETING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16760943. By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

We prepare digital passport and ID photographs using automated image processing, checked against the guidelines published for UK documents — HM Passport Office passports, DVLA driving licences, and UK Visas and Immigration eVisa applications. We also sell printed photographs, which are physical goods made to order from the photograph you upload and posted to a UK address.

We are an independent business and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body. Our compliance checks are thorough, but the decision to accept an application rests with the issuing authority — which is why every order is covered by the acceptance guarantee in section 5.

UK documents only. The service currently supports adult photographs only.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide a clear, accurate photograph of yourself.
• You must not submit photographs of anyone other than yourself without their consent.
• You are responsible for selecting the correct document type for your application.

4. Prices, VAT and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT and UK delivery. The price shown before you pay is the total amount charged — there are no separate service fees, handling fees or delivery charges added at checkout. Payment is taken once, at the point of purchase; there is no subscription and no recurring billing. Full details are in our payment terms.

5. Acceptance Guarantee

Every photograph is covered by our acceptance guarantee: if the official issuing office rejects a photograph you bought from us because of a compliance failure on our part, email the rejection notice to us within 60 days and we will refund double what you paid. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days. See our returns and refunds policy for full details.

6. Printed Orders and Delivery

Printed orders are made to order and dispatched from the UK. Delivery is to UK addresses only, is free, and is tracked. Estimated delivery times are given on the product page and in our delivery policy; they are estimates and not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has been dispatched. Where a delivery is lost or does not arrive, we replace or refund it — see the returns policy.

7. Photo Storage & Deletion

The original photograph you upload is deleted within 24 hours. Finished photographs are kept briefly so you can re-download them, then deleted. See our privacy policy.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded photographs. We grant you a perpetual licence to use the processed photographs we generate for your personal identity applications.

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, and except for refunds due under the acceptance guarantee in section 5 and your statutory rights under section 9, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
