Delivery

We deliver printed photographs to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is free and tracked on every printed order — the price you see on the product page is the total you pay.

Delivery options

Standard delivery — free

Included with the 4-print pack (£12.99). Tracked. Typically arrives 3–5 working days from order.

Express delivery — free

Included with the 8-print pack (£16.99). Tracked. Typically arrives 1–2 working days from order.

Digital products are not posted

Digital downloads (£5.99) and the print-ready sheet (£7.99) are files you download immediately after payment. Nothing is posted, and no delivery charge applies.

What you receive

• Your photographs printed at the exact size required for your document (35 × 45 mm for UK passport, driving licence and eVisa photos) at 300 DPI on professional photographic paper.
• All the photographs in your pack arrive on a single 6 × 4 inch sheet, with white gaps printed between them so you can cut them apart with scissors or a guillotine. They are not delivered pre-cut.
• A sturdy, photo-safe envelope to prevent bending and damage in transit.
• A digital copy of the same photograph, downloadable straight away — you do not have to wait for the post.

Dispatch times

Printed orders are made to order. Standard orders are dispatched within 1 working day of your photograph being approved. Express orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same working day wherever possible. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are produced on the next working day.

Tracking

Every printed order is tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched, and you can also look your order up at any time on our tracking page.

Delayed or lost orders

If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, or your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, email support@digitalphotopassport.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, if the order cannot be located, reprint and resend it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice. See our returns and refunds policy.

International delivery

We currently deliver printed orders within the United Kingdom only. If you need photographs outside the UK, order the digital version or the print-ready sheet and print them locally.
